About the Division
The Chesapeake Division, Division 14, consists of Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Cecil, Harford, Queen Anne's, Carroll, Howard Counties and Baltimore City in the state of Maryland. Chartered 3/25/2009, we are part of the Mid-Eastern Region of the NMRA. Chesapeake strives to bring the fellowship and camaraderie of the NMRA to the counties and the city.
MER Convention 'Chesapeake and Potomac Junction' in days.
The Chesapeake and Potomac Divisions will be hosting the 2013 Mid-East Region Convention. The convention will take place on Columbus Day weekend, October 10-13, 2013. Volunteers are needed to help. Contact Assistant Superintendent Tom Casey for details.

PA-DE-NJ-MD RR Open House Schedule
Ken Poznaniak of Cecil County has provided the link for this year's open house schedule of railroads in nearby PA, DE, NJ, MD. Featuring a total of 103 layouts including 9 new, they continue to post impressive layout numbers with 190 total dates this year.
Ken's HO scale Chesapeake, Susquehanna and Western RR features automatic coal loading and unloading facilities. Entire trains are run through the loader and filled with coal. They move around the layout and are unloaded by a rotary dumper.
The Member's Survey form is now on-line. This questionnaire helps division officers plan events and other opportunities for the membership by determining the interests of each member. The survey takes about five minutes to complete. So please take five and tell us what your modeling interests are and how we can help you.
